Did you know that the word \u201chome\u201d, in the English language, has 16 entries in the dictionary? Six define it as a noun, three as an adverb, three more as an adjective, and four as a verb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

despite everything else changing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Though I would not say that \u201chome\u201d for me has sixteen different defined areas or states of being, I would say that \u201chome\u201d has been transient for me, though I have only moved twice (technically).  Therefore, this home page is going to remain consistent, despite everything else changing. My \u201chome<\/strong>\u201d page is the beginning of the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a new journey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My name is Lauren and I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, writing, and teaching. I often feel like a nomad, yet I have permanently resided within two neighboring states on the East Coast for my entire life, thus far. Though I have had many other brief destinations around the world, I always returned to this home. Soon, that will change. I have a new journey beginning ahead of me. One that will shift the geography of my \u201chome\u201d to the other side of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t love many things, but I do love people more than words can describe; that is what inspires me to share my journey!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This blog is one giant story that I just play a small role in. I want to invite you all on the journey with me. A little heads up though, it will be real, raw, and very honest; which does not always show me at my best moments, but such is life, right? So, please join my adventure the, get excited about the story I am living, and hopefully that will inspire you and many others to see where their story leads. This life is a journey, a pursuit of One. The journey He takes us on is one filled with adventure, and some ups and downs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
